The 2008 Summer Theatre Camp will be held at the Totem Pole Playhouse and provide quality theatre education for local youth. This year's summer camp is designed for children between the ages of 8 and 15.

Back by popular demand is Camp Director Jenny Kreyl Shoeman, Director of Drama at Renaissance Academy in Philadelphia. The students will design and create their own theatre piece, which will be performed at the end of the camp session.

In addition to the camp, the campers will also be treated to a backstage tour of the Totem Pole Playhouse, and they will have the opportunity to meet and talk with some of Totem Pole's professionals. The campers will also receive two tickets to attend a Totem Pole Playhouse performance.

No theatrical experience is necessary to be enrolled in the Theatre Camp. Acceptance is on a first-come, first-served basis. Early registration is encouraged since enrollment is limited.
